Yoga Classes

Roxy offers Vinyasa-based private and group yoga classes that are focused on alignment, breath, and fun (all classes are complimented with music).

By practicing in a personal environment, each person can work towards their goals at their own pace and without feeling pressure. Whether the goal is to build balance and stability, disconnect from the day, or simply feel good and have fun with a group of friends, Roxy aims get you there with one of her class offerings.

Private Classes:

Private 1-on-1 Vinyasa Flow

A yoga class made for you. Roxy will lead you through an hour and 15 minute vinyasa flow class in which you will lengthen, strengthen, and grow.

New to yoga or looking for a refresher? Roxy will teach you the fundamentals (focusing on alignment) in an hour and 15 minutes so you can take your new knowledge with you on your journey.

Small/Private Group (max. 5 people) Vinyasa Flow
A yoga class made for you and your friends. Roxy will lead your small group through an hour and 15 minute vinyasa flow class in which you will lengthen, strengthen, and grow.

Is your group new to yoga or looking for a refresher? Roxy will teach you the fundamentals in an hour and 15 minutes so you can take your new knowledge with you on your journey.

Group Classes:

Roxy was teaching group classes at Boston Sports Clubs (Government Center), Power for Life Fitness, and The Home for Little Wanderers. She assisted Vinyasa Flow classes at Down Under School of Yoga in Brookline, MA and occasionally subbed classes throughout the Boston Sports Club’s network. Currently, Roxy only teaches on a private basis.
