Roxy is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

Clients working with Roxy have ranged in age, ability, and goals. As a personal trainer, Roxy will help you build confidence and reach your fitness goals, including:

  • Everyday Health,
  • Injury Recovery,
  • Weight Loss,
  • Running/Race Training, and
  • Increased Strength

Currently, Roxy is not taking new personal training clients.

If you want to work out with Roxy, you can catch one of her Group Training classes in the Live Fit Gyms network in San Francisco. These classes are in a bootcamp, HIIT format, but modifications are offered to make the workout accessible to all. Roxy’s primary class is offered on Saturday mornings at 9:00am at Live Fit Gym, Hayes Valley (Fell St.).
