Roxy is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

As a personal trainer, Roxy will help you build confidence and reach your fitness goals, including:

  • Injury Recovery,
  • Weight Loss,
  • Running/Race Training, and
  • Increased Strength

Breath and alignment are all considered during sessions with Roxy.

Roxy’s primary client network is through Boston Sports Clubs, however she also works with clients in the privacy of their home or work gyms.
